Wilfred Zinavage, a seasoned military petty officer with a remarkable 20-year tenure in the U.S. Navy, embarked on a new chapter in his professional journey in 1978. Transitioning into civilian life, he found his calling as a CPR/first aid instructor in Norwich, Connecticut.
